Irish Blanca Digamon Igcol

Irish grew up in a family of teachers and professionals and always thought she would follow a more traditional career path. She graduated at the top of her class, which opened many opportunities and possibilities, but eventually realized she wanted to create a path of her own—one built around her love for communication, technology, and the internet.

As a student, Irish enjoyed English and communication, became a student leader, and regularly joined and won public speaking competitions. She loved expressing ideas, connecting with people, and inspiring others through words—skills that would later become valuable throughout her career.

Before transitioning into remote work, Irish spent 7 years+ in the call center industry, where she developed strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills while thriving in fast-paced environments.

In 2011, she discovered remote work and found what would become her long-term career and passion. Over the last 15 years, she has worked as a Virtual Assistant, Project Manager, and operations partner supporting CEOs, founders, and growing businesses across different industries.

Becoming a mom made her career path even more meaningful. Growing up with family experiences that taught her to value closeness and connection, she became intentional about creating a life centered around time with loved ones. Remote work gave her the freedom to continue growing professionally while being more present for her children and family—something she values deeply.

Today, Irish also enjoys helping others discover opportunities in remote work and has coached locals in her community who want to build careers online and create more flexible lives for themselves.

When she’s not working, Irish is usually happiest at home. A self-proclaimed homebody, she enjoys spending time with her kids and family, reading, writing, watching her favorite TV shows, and simply enjoying quiet moments at home.

She believes there’s no single right path to success—and that sometimes the best opportunities are the ones you create for yourself.
